Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                  
CSSJR 27(RES) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading,                                                               
and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so                                                               
ordered.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
CSSJR 27(RES) was read the third time.
